“My daughter Kaylee was born with Cri du Chat Syndrome. She was diagnosed at 3 months of age after being diagnosed with failure to thrive. Nobody ever prepares you to have a special needs child. It has been a journey. But I would not change it for the world. We have lost many with the same syndrome and it makes me feel blessed for each day and accomplishment she makes. She will be 11 in July.”
